Compensation is decent but growth is very slow .The wok pressure is very high.Also there is no job training for fresher hence senior folk like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operation.As long as I get to work closely with the client, it will be a great learning.

The organization is great place for those who like to explore themselves more and more. I had worked there as a BPO executive and learned many new things about media industry. I gained knowledge about how news paper cover it's journey from Editorial to printing press to vendor to public.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but growth is very slow. The work pressure is same at all the time. There is no off (even sunday), minimum 8-10 hours job. Sometimes, I worked 14-18 hours without paid extra or over time. The atmosphere of my department was not so good. The HR department was not supportive.

I worked as a BPO executive, I managed the some of there news paper booking schemes. I also handled the gift section there.
