1. Staff is not cooperative at all. 2. Salary doesn't align with my needs and expectations at this time. 3. Seniors don't treat their juniors well and they don't speak politely. 4. Management doesn't address our issues properly.

Work Details

I love my profession and I like working as a pharmacist but I don't feel relaxed and calm at amandeep hospital I feel stressed rather. Because of the negative environment there.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
