I am working as a emergency nurse, sometimes the rush of patients is unbearable.

Generally as a emergency nurse it is difficult to manage patient as well as the patient's relatives But working in amala hospital is somewhat exciting and comfortable

Contact based services in hospital, sometimes destroying the name of hospital. Management system can’t supervise them properly and effectively

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
