Old people in company make a monopoly in their working area specially sales people. They don't allow BD team to work and accounts people to work. And lot of manipulations done by them and they have support of top management few people. So new people not so old in company gets harassed with them either leave the company . Lots of oldpeople and few top management old people play politics to keep their image and collar tight. Specially in West and north rest company is very ethical and owners superb people.
