Alpla is really taking care of our health. Medicines to boost our immunity are given to us and all the norms for safety from covid are being taken care of.

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. i like the fact that i am part of alpla team.I got to travel for different plants located in india.

The work pressure is high, Sometimes need to work 3-4 hours more without any benefit.

My work was challenging as i had to do product changeover within time limits.
