I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. What I like most about working at Alpla is that people live there like a family. If someone has a problem, they solve it together. If you commit a mistake, you get proper training for it so that you do not repeat the same mistake again. I like all these things about Alpla.

I like alpla the policies of my company. After some time, to learn something different, one has to go to another place because when one goes to a different place, one gets to learn something new. The ideal place is a new environment, a new colour and one gets to learn new things.
