I am writing this review to bring light the unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour of Mr. Ganesh Nabar, the legal head. He has been in serious acts of harassment by stalking employees over social media platforms, which is gross violation pf personal boundaries and privacy. Additionally, his actions have created a toxic and hostile work environment, making it extremely difficult for employees to focus on their responsibilities. The constant mental harassment and undue pressure he imposed are not only unethical but also detrimental to the well being of those working under him. The HR Head and Director, Miss Preeti Kumari is nothing but clown in the office, unfortunately the primary source of toxicity in the workplace. her lack of corporate background and relevant education is evident in her inability to address critical issue.
