Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. There is nothing to like about company. Alok is the worst company I have ever seen. Joining Alok Industries is the biggest mistake of my life. Everything is just mess over there. DO NOT JOIN ALOK, I REPEAT DO NOT JOIN ALOK. Even you don't have job still I will say better to be jobless instead of working with Alok.

Management, people, work culture, seniors, super seniors, HR team, person who is looking over PF accounts, no one is supportive. Politics is at it's peak. Toxic environment is there. Only IT and admin department is nice. whoever reading my reviews, please save your life by not joining Alok also share it with your friends who are going to join and save them too..!
