Dislikes

Management treats you like a PA No worklife balance, Manager will message you on Saturday and Sundays asking to work If you raise any concerns management will take you on call and yell at you to keep you quiet Poor pay Pathetic management, keeps passing the ball or will say I don't know.

Fora beginner it has a lot of learning scope. It provides a good platform to start as a Recruiter.

Dislikes

The learning stops after a while. An eager student might find something here and there but the work itself becomes very stagnant. Also, the management will only take care of the 'obedient' ones and do not appreciate new ideas. Having said that, not all managers are the same and I have had the opportunity to work with some great ones, however the ones who matter are not worth at all. They are ego satisfying individuals and would enjoy 'private meetings' more than honest disciplined work....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
