Some of the department heads think that they own us. My manager didn’t approve my resignation for a month. Had the guts to call me unprofessional just bcz I followed the policy. Appraisals are very bad company hardly gives you 6-7 percent hike. No learning programmes or sessions held. Changed notice period from 30 to 90 days just before appraisal announcement so that employees cannot leave peacefully. Takes them 4 months to complete appraisal process. Don’t join this company unless you have no other option....Read More
