I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I like the company mission, vision and how the management give importance to their employees.The work environment is great.

Dislikes

Attitude of some employees that are not giving their best to their work and they always pass their work to their co employee.
