There is no job security. Teachers don't even get holiday on national holidays. Teachers are required to go to school on most of the Sundays. No teacher gets salary of summer vacations. Teachers are paid by cheque but they have to return half salary back to management in cash. During time of demonetization teachers were given six months advanced salary in form of old currency.
