Good salary hikes- If you are a decent performer than you will get standard hike 10%, but if you have taken ownership and performed well than you can get a good 20-30% hike. Bad management- Decision making process is not linear and clear. There is no system for implementing new decisions. They all come abrupt, which cause stress to employees. Internal politics adds up to these points. Work life balance- If you are a workaholic, they would over burden you with things. There is no set JD of a person. So, they keep on moving people here and there as per requirement. They won't respect your work hours and may even call you when you are on leave, maybe sick. Company culture- decent Skill Development/Learning- No doubt, you would get a lot of new opportunities here but they don't support the employees with any work related trainings.
