working times are good , but then again they will make you work on holidays.

Dislikes

they dont give salary for months. and will keep on tellling you if company profits in some projects they will provide you the salary. they will linger you for 7-8 months. no promotions and hikes. HR team is absolutely unresponsive no proper hierarachy.

specificaly i learned many things where i was posted that is thane municipal corporation, All India Institute Of local self government do'nt provide any stability atall, till 11pm we worked but no appreciation neither any travelling security was provide. Neither wok satisfication was achieved. terrible work management of AIILSG (RCUES)

Job Security is Zero, career growth is below he line, only they hire for project work, sooon as he project is over they just ask you to wrap up, during interview they will gurantee about work after the project but soon the project they hired u period of 3 to 4 months after it get completes they just ask to leave
