10 am to 5.30 pm workdays. Ample learning opportunity for freshers. Type of urban development and WASH projects are noteworthy. Opportunity to work with different renowned organization at fresher level itself.

Dislikes

No due diligence followed and very unprofessional hierarchies and workflow structure. Leadership is the worst and extremely toxic. Committed and self-motivated employees end up doing much more than they're supposed to while some employees who take no responsibility for their work are not made accountable at all. Odd Saturdays are working. Administration is insensitive towards employees. The organization never practices what it preaches in its own domain....Read More
