Initially, the company was good. Strong clients with interesting work. Team mates were supportive.

Dislikes

They hired the wrong people at the management level, which made a lot of talented people leave the organisation. The company was not good in terms of the benefits it provided, however, it was tolerable. The new management changed the work culture, forcing people to work on weekends uselessly, micromanagement with Associate Managers,bypassing the AMs and ordering/ criticizing the Associates. HR is not independent and so unable to tackle the employee-related concerns. So now the company has no benefits + difficult management to deal with + poor work culture. So I decided to leave my job with disappointment. They also ask people to give good feedback on review sites, which I found a little weird and funny. Location not very safe for women. And the reason why i say that is because, the location is a little remote, on a highway. No incidents as such happened though. Work Details

I worked as an Associate Manager there. Really enjoyed my work until the management shuffled. My work demanded creativity, and analytical skills, but later it only demanded following orders.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
