Likes

ASSH was however considered one of the biggest and most modern medical facility in Bahrain. I held a pride in being part of such a facility and having pioneered the initial setup of the HR departnent.

Dislikes

Poor work environment, devastatingly poor job security, severe mismanagement. Almost no work-life balance. Having to walk off everyday with no appreciation for efforts being the worst of all.

Severely demotivating.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I wish I could mark one of these but none of these were available. Employee compensation and benefits needs a severe lift up.

Lying culture, unprofessionalism, no code of ethics, biased in pay scale, biased towards some nationalities, racists, delay salaries, did not comply with my contract.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
