Management and team leaders and senior members always act, behave and deal with great amount of respect and dignity in all situations. They set examples and precedence for new comers and the team down the line. Every year we get great opportunity to undergo motivational trainings in beautiful locations of India and outside to enhance our skills and strengthen our self decipline. During our annual corporate meetings, we are rewarded with costly prizes and get chance to dine with our Managing Director and senior members. Management never treat any staff of Al Maha like a worker. Every one is treated like an important family member and involved on decision making process and opinion is sought. Leave policies are flexible. Importance is given to family. We can seek office assistance 24x7 for all personal and family issues. Seniors are easily accessible and are quick in taking action. During many of my personal issues, the Management helped me out of the way and it was a big relief for me and my family.
