Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

The company is open to innovation and really adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of a cancer team that deals physically, emotionally, spiritually and even for their treatment needs for their different cancer cases. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Nothing to say since with regards to my job I am fully blessed.
