Typical localites company and career growth is zero, no respect and no management support

Dislikes

Again saying typical localite company, no job security and nothing to learn. especially no appreciation from the management

Work Details

I belongs to Quality and when i joined the company there is no department and slowly within 3.5 yrs of spam i established the department having 55 engineers in to it and not even single day it was not appreciated instead i was cornered to save the local.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
