Akumentis Healthcare Ltd is the worst company to work with. HR dept is having the lead role in destroying the company. Promoters are not interested in the company business. Attrition rate is Highest in the industry. Worst company.

Due to its policy, HR dept is basically responsible for destroying the company. Even top management and promoters don't seem to be interested in company business. Otherwise during so many years, the company could have gone to better heights. Company need to change entire HR hierarchy.
