Job security is good and company accepts request related to skill development and training

Work life balance is poor, generally office time extended till 7:30pm which is upto 6:00 pm, team work missing when it comes to other office employees, leave culture is not good management tries to reject leaves related to social and family time, working days are 6 a week.
