It's a one-man show- his word is final, no questions asked. There's zero trust in the sales team, not even in the Head of sales. Salary payments? Unreliable at best, often delayed for months. in some cases still not paid. Suggestions? Pointless. He does whatever he wants, regardless of input. Funding? A complete lie- nothing but empty claims. Salary is the main concern they doesnt bother giving you salaries on time and they will keep on changing the salary dates and never give it fully, as an employee dont expect to get the promised allowances on time as well, even your state head is helpless!!!!
