Salary and appraisals HR department really needed some improvement as salaries are not calculated accurately mostly even after submitting the details via email and cih portal. Sitting arrangement is also very bad. Every weekend, employees don’t even have the chairs to sit on. Favouritism towards some employees leading to politics. Reimbursement of travel expenses needed to be approved by team leader and TLs deduct even ₹20 /- even if the expenses are genuine ones....Read More
