Cunning attitudes of supervisor and principal; extreme favouritism, need to have a yes ma'am ok ma'am attitude to be in good books; need to have extreme case of hero worship and unquestioning character to survive..should always be willing to take responsibilities voluntarily whether you like doing the task or not...need to pamper kids so that they don't say anything bad about you to their parents...stifling environment..being constantly watched upon and listened to using CCTV footage....no privacy to talk except in the washroom....too much work load to be completed in school hours....waiting back beyond school hours frowned upon.....Read More
