The two things are there in the role is you are learning continously from the market and from you peers either they are senior or junior from you they have hell lot of knowledge At the same time you are also getting paid good not great.At the end of the day market will tell and taught you every single thing

Dislikes

No work life balance manager can call you at 7am or 10pm or 12pm. Zonal Manager has target you are also a territory they will make your life hell if you do not complete the target They hire on off roll and will expell you out any time No satisfaction No job security No worklife Only learning from the market that's all...Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
