Brigu Ning of any project philosophy of every systems are not defined in short designg basis should be there before doing detail engineering. Other wise it will creat chops and working leave engineer always suffer. Also many leads are not deserve for the project completions

My company has been very supportive in this crisis situation. Initiated WFH a week before lockdown. There has been no compulsion on resuming office till now. There has been proper communication from management on this situation.
