There are no frequent con calls or pressure/harrasment from your reporting manager.

1. No induction/product training to employees. 2. No proper support in case there arises any problem in market with retailers/distributors. 3. No proper support if payment of customers / retailers get stuck. 4. They sell swipe machines and other at very high price as compared to prices of other companies in the market. 5. Had worked here for more than 6 years in operations team untill the new svp joined the company. Who wanted to get the people of his own on the board thus limitimg the progress of the people who had given more time to the company. This SVP does not have the through knowledge of the payment gateways but gets his work done by nagging and with his micromangement skills.
