Salary hike average, Bonus given on Deepawali every year, transport given to & fro, Food is average, large office space, overall good.

Dislikes

Job security is less, No weekly off security, Called for work often on weekly offs.

Secure a responsible career opportunity to fully utilize my training and skills, while making a significant contribution to the success of the company.

Dislikes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive and the management is not transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and not gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are average, appraisals are fair and they give average salary hike and good bonus every year with Diwali bonus.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
