HR and assistant supervisors are not inhumane, they behave disrespectfully with other employees. It seems uneducated people came into position and doing politics. Post exist is not smooth at all, i was running behind GM, HR, BMM. All these people are inhumane in nature because they don't have idea there's bigger world to explore more opportunities. I like the working culture of AIR INDIA ENGINEERING SERVICE LIMITED.(AIESL). It provides Air Passage to all employees in service as well as retired. For example, to and fro charges for EUROPE is less than Rs 10,000/-. AIESL provides uniform, protective shoes. I joined in 1985 in this organization, at that time subsidized canteen to the staff, 50 paisa non-vegetarian meals. Free Medical to the staff, CFMS facility to the family. Housing Quarters to staff at Chennai, Mumbai, Calcutta, & Delhi, they are living in Paradise, Housing Socitys formed to build staff their own houses. Most employees joined in lower cader and were promoted to higher cader whenever a vacancy exists. At that time AIESL was paying the highest salary & bonus to the staff, compared by SAIL, ONGC, etc. In AIESL all staff feel job satisfaction, very proud to work in the Organisation. l am very comfortable and felt very happy on every day in my Thirty-Six Years of service, retired on 31/January/2021, with a good lump sum amount of Retirement Benefits.
