Overall it has been an ammazing experience here working at AIIMS. I’ve had the best boss and team of doctors with whom I got an opportunity to work. Last year I even got to present my work in Japan at the International Society of Pediatric Oncology (SIOP). There is lot of work but you never feel the burden and that is mainly becauseof the work culture at my office. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
