Salary and benefits, Promotions are very very low. If you work for years then no benefits in the company no promotions there. After resign don't expect good behaviour from manager as well as HR. New joinee ask not to talk with older one. Worst behaviour. No one listen about your concern.

AIG is a good company to work with, We have worked from home for 3 months. Now, we have resumed our work from office. Sticking to the guidelines set by MHA, we are working very cautiously.The management provided facilities such as hand sanitizer and min 2m of distance between two desk etc.

Dislikes

As usual, need to maintain silence during office hours expect for work conversation.

I have been working here since 2013. Aig has a good culture, value,& ethics. My team members are good and support all of my decisions as a team leader. Good management and facilities.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
