I liked the travelling with work there but due to covid-19 lockdown I have been unemployed from 4 months and my company says,he also dont know when he Will starts and in this duration I didn't receive anything from company.

Aida is good company taking care of their employees, only onboard management is not good.

Dislikes

No time limits for working hours, doing parcalati according to you nationality. Pramotion also depand on management and they give pramotion only to their nationality people l. And if you complain, they will start to give you hard time.

Good job culture .work n life balance .always there are parties and enjoyment for the crew good Indian food management is good .salaries are in time and they provide good bonus from time to time.u invest yours self in the company they will also invest in u for sure.😇😍

There is none.I was only happy in Aida when they consider me and my husband to work in a same ship but now even that is not possible.

Company should investigate more if some crew are facing issues in there workplace.
