Aida is the best cruise line to work and I feel safe to work with aida and actually most are german guets so we meet new people and new culture and you get chance to learn German language.i like the work culture as we meet different nationalities of people and everyone will greet you when you are passing by and that's make good environment.all the best....thank you Aida.....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
