Honestly it is one of the wast dairy in gujarat , employ who have been working since fours not yet conform. they initially they consider on trainee and they do not provide bonus and all the benefits. they always threaten by top management . they always keep illiterate manager or those who have low knowledge , poor managing skills.

In this dairy only Rabari community people work with their arbitrary rule and management fared form them and directly they consult with directors and chairman sir. Hence, chairman sir fire the MD, as well as lower employ. In this dairy MD often change in every six month or nine month.
