Director doesn't have manner to talk with Female employee. Director has Mastermind to fool the female employee. Toxic enviornment is created by Director itself. Whoever girl close to the boss only those are appreciated. Restall who work genuinely are treated as useless. Latemark salary cutting culture. No paid leave. No policy company has.

Right now I'm not working with agrovision, but it was the best experience of my life to work with agrovision, the siniors support, the upgradation of skills, and the most important is directors faith on employees, giving chances to prove yourself. I really feel agrovision is the best platform to work and grow, I still regret the decision of leaving that firm.
