1. No proper training. 2. No PF or Health Insurance. 3. No competitior analysis on pricing... so not able to capture even after the Product quality is good. 4. It's best for freshers to learn field job not for Manager level. 5. No holiday even govt holidays, only Sunday holiday. 6. Get ready to travel 100 to 150 kms min everyday in2 wheeler. 7. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
