The management is extremly helpful and employee friendly.

Dislikes

The company do not have sufficient human resources to handle so many incoming projects. As a result existing team gets over loaded.

Best part of Agiliad was management (most of) and CEO. Anyone can reach upto anyone freely about their concern. Great personality at CEO position. I would name few of great people I have worked with at Agiliad Manish Nayar, Ajay Chamania, Manu Natural, Sayu Sekhar, Praveen zore. I have enjoyed working there.

Dislikes

Same some management people because of which I left. But that is minor reason to not be at Agiliad.

It was always exciting.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
