I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. No Extra benefits than Salary(Birthday gift/Birthday holiday/Completion of years benifit) even no diwali sweets. No opportunities only selected higer level peoples always go on travelling opportunities. Freshers are considered as slave and when they don't have budget they suddenly shifts peoples from one team to another
