Opportunity is common and available for all there. We can utilize and grow more in knowledge. Simply best. We can conduct all type of trials. Its open for innovation.

Dislikes

What i dislike about working there is, off is on only sunday. Not saturday too. Though yearly review finished at march, appraisal will get on July onwards only. Arrear amount also wont get.

Work Details

I was working as process engineer for Surface Treatment. I was handling a project(Cadmium Plating) which was greenfield & critical to business. I got the own gestation & all supports to complete it without hurry.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
