The company runs on the will of 2-3 peoples from the USA and India. The company has good revenues from one stream while other product lines are set up to ruin the revenue and profitability of the company. The company can spend a lot of money in organization level (worthless) gatherings, other show-off activities, and un-wanted frequent travels from the bunch of people but comes under revenue constraint while discussing annual variable and salary hikes. In the last 3 Years and 6 months, I received only one and a negligible hike of 7%. Variable pay is at the highest risk always, poor payroll system with higher tax liabilities. No fixed annual appraisal policy and guidelines. Heath insurance and leave structure are excellent, you can enjoy your kids' summer and winter holidays to the most. Managers are least interested in your career growth and learning. They always focus on the interesting tasks done first of their own interest. Forget, if you want to explore further new roles in the organization. People, with whom your existing and new role will never conflict even those people start back-biting you. You are scolded by your manager for things you have never done because the person who is back-bitting you is at a much senior level to you and working for the organization (sucking the organization) for the last 8-10 years. You are never able to understand what you did wrong and why those people are feeling jealous to you. Simply, because they cannot see anyone else progressing in their career. Since your seniors are in-competent they feel that if you progress further you can put their job at risk.
