This is not a professional organisation at all. There is no work life balance or work ethic here. The office location is remote and near a public toilet, which will disturb your mood every morning. The site in-charges are not doing their job and just shifting the blame to the lower level employees, who have to face the top management and bear their bad language for no fault of theirs. The site in-charges are also taking a lot of ........ from the contractors, and if you report this to the top management, you will lose your job. The top management and old big people dept incharge are........ and don’t let you to do your job professionally. If you work with full dedication, you will be loose job for some false reason, because they can’t make money from you.
