AMD offers lots of leaves but probably you may not be able to use when you need it because of tremendous work pressure (pressure of work not the work)

Management is absent...no management skills in managers. They simply pass on any tasks or pressure pressure to teams without even have a primary analysis. Then they want you to them everything about the issue/task. But they are barely technical so almost impossible to make them understand anything. At last since they don't understand anything they start to micromanage.
