Really working for new technology. Experience worth in AMD Always having quarterly lunch/fun activities. Get 10public+10 optional holidays +2 monthly leaves (1sick+1personal).

Dislikes

1. Wfh option available for higher authorities. Sometimes weekly thrice Client meetings will be happened upto 11pm. 2. If you have skill other than your colleagues then only you are respected. 3.If you done one mistake which that doesn't know, the whole team every time blames contract employee even though you done right. 4. The KT was not properly done. Only few persons give you KT. Others will simply reject. You need to search. 5.Sometimes your colleagues gives respect only for their personal use and their work purpose. 6. Working AMD as a contractor treats you some inequality. 7.If anything gets wrong by other person, they simply blames that mistake to other contract employee who always done mistakes. 8.Always your boss is right. 9.Gossips happens. 10. The technology/work works only in AMD, if you came outside you need to learn 50 to 60% new skill. 11. Need to work after office hours to meet project deadlines and support weekends. 12.
