I started my career with xilinx .So,I learnt lot of technical knowledge here. And I proud to be a Employee of Xilinx. Here self learning is more. I learnt many debugging techniques here and easy way to solve any issues. This is very good semiconductor company .

Dislikes

The main problem is here they will not convert contractors to full time employee even though they performed 100%. They will not give a chance of internal employees to some other work even if they are interested. They are concentrate on silly things.

Technical leadership is absent, managers clueless what is a function, thread and a variable, no clue what they did before and what they are doing. I even got a chance to report to a fake experience manager, he requested me not to disclose about him

Very worst experience. Please don't join this organisation. This is like a Lala ji ki dukaan. Duties are not defined for employees, they can allocate any work to anyone. Only good company for befkoof people. If you join this company, then you will understand the meaning of a single word what I have written here. Management don't have sense to talk with employees.
