The work culture here is the worst you can imagine. The atmosphere is highly toxic, with micromanagement reaching extreme levels—employees are even monitored through pantry staff and security guards to check who’s talking to whom, where they’re sitting, or why they’re moving around. Assistant Managers in reputed companies have more authority than the VPs here. Most VPs and GMs in departments like Facility, Marketing, Leasing and CRM are simply passing time, waiting for a chance to move to other companies; they lack the power & authority to make even minor decisions. They barely support or motivate their teams and are quick to find scapegoats in times of crisis. This place feels as ominous as a temple of sacrifice. HR here is reduced to nothing more than clerks; they mindlessly hire from one door only to fire from the other without reason and explanation, often based on mere perception & biased feedback without giving you time to prove yourself. It's a truly demoralizing environment....Read More
