Salary came in time.... company's ceo's nature is good.... overall company is good if you don't get job in any other field.

Company is cheap in terms of expenditure, company culture is normal but not so professional, most of the people are working there due to not getting job in their field. So join if don't get job initially and leave after get a good one.

There is no positive thing at Adroit

The work culture is pathetic, there are few people who are bossing other people. They only have work relating to insolvency cases and there is no other valuation cases There have been so many people who left the financial analyst job due to relative of CEO.

I worked for a few months at Adroit as Financial analyst. There is no learning environment and people are doing financial valuation based on the instructions of inexperienced people. There is no one having proper knowledge
