As an employee i felt aditya birla money is a bad company as people sitting in an higher position are useless. they donot knoe eccept writing the mails. higher authorities donot add any value to the business neither they will support employee. they donot have any respect for the employees working there. No increment no promotion foremployess. the rules are made in such a way that no one can agrue for increment. coming to the point in respect of other competitors in market they have set the target too high for dealers. For new joiness no induction no support but at the end of the month they will ask for revenue how much.. i would rather suggest join some banking company if u want to work in the dealing feild. only birla is the only brand name that is good in this company. also they hold the insurance claim for employees only. they have kept hold of my maternity claim for past 6 months.. yet only loop of questions are happening through mails....Read More

People in the mid and upper management are not good. System is nit supportive, you will have to face any challenge on your own, without any support, customer care support and it support is very poor. Despite of all challenges they will ask you only numbers.
