There is lot of learning in the project specially for someone who doesnt have API work flow background. Also the user team is extremely helpful and forthcoming. The only problem is the leadership team of MMI Holdings Business and Technology Solutions India. There is pure dictatorship and no respect. And once you join the company, dont expect any work life balance

there is no job security. Favouritism is the key basis who accepts their conditions and keeps them informed to play team politics. 3 out of 4 BA's were not confirmed citing performance issues. An these BA's were selected by the same management who chose them. So the idea is not clear if whether the management has zero recruitment skills as none of the BA's were freshers. Post MMI, each of the 3 BAs have joined reputed companies. MMI India has no policy in place. They will expect you to work on Sat and Sunday but no Compensatory off. There is no leave policy. The management manipulates the policies as per their convenience and state the same openly. There is no HR in the company.
