1. Terrible work culture. Leaves are only in the system, not allowed to take even the comp off. One needs to work in the holiday also. Usually 6 days, occasionally 7 days working a week. Boss was not good he is very abusing and his talking language was also not good his name is manish kumar he is a area sales manager in pune in banca channel. Many times aur collegues were complaining about him but no action is taken against him only they give warning. Also very abusive about castism.

No work life balance, the management is very insentive about employee and family health, they don't provide work from home even if your newly born baby is not keeping well.

Great place to work for fresher and experience people's. working in Non management Sales profile more than 2.5 years. Overall experience is good after successful acchivement of your target you got promoted for next roll and salary will be increased by 15%.

Some Management decisions are not good for employee benefit. Like they deduct incentives for encourage you to do more business but its not correct way. Employee will encourage when they got more....

Despite of several reminders and showing my intend not to work in Aditya birla capital, my immediate manager forced me to work there. After my resignation my immediate manager and Area Manager rejected my resignation and then my HRMS was blocked so that I won't be able to resign again. Even my immediate manager threaten me to deliver business otherwise they will abscond me.
